- Infants that are 2 and under and don't require a bed are free of charge
- Bookings Over 10 nights: 5% discount
- Bookings Over 2 Weeks: 10% discount
- Bookings Over 3 Weeks: 15% discount
- Bookings Over 1 Month: 20% discount
- Booking over 2 months : 30% discount

RESERVATIONS:
- All bookings require a 40% non refundable holding deposit
- Payment can be made through Flywire, Transferwise, PayPal or E-Bank Transfer.
- A 4,000 yen Surcharge* is added to International Bank Transfers
- Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- We recommend Flywire or Transferwise for International Payments as neither payment solution attracts any bank fees or merchant fees and you receive a better exchange rate than the banks and Paypal
TERMS:
- A 7 night minimum is required during the peak dates
- Bookings of 2 nights or less incur a 4,000 yen surcharge per room surcharge and 10,000 yen for the 3 bedroom apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Within 30 days of reservation date - deposit is forfeited
- Over 30 days from reservation date - a Lodge credit is offered
